You don't know what's working and what's not.
Marketing feels like a guessing game. You want to be able to do more of what's working and fix what's not.
Your decisions are being made more on instinct that evidence.
You lack data to inform marketing decisions. You'd like to feel confident in your choices and be more strategic with your marketing.
You're feeling stuck. Like you've hit a growth ceiling.
You see potential to take your business to the next level, but you need a plan and guidance to get there.
Your team is stuck in the weeds and there is no big picture thinking.
Your team is shipping campaigns and managing channels, but they don't have the time, or lack the expertise, to shape strategy.
You need someone to lead marketing, not just do more of it.
Meet Rachel Zinanti
Fractional CMO
I’m brought in when teams are doing plenty of marketing but it's still unclear what's actually driving growth or how to improve performance.
My role is to make sense of what’s working, what isn’t, and identify the real opportunities so marketing becomes more focused and easier to scale.

How I Work With Teams
I own marketing direction, working closely with your team and leadership to develop a strategy, define KPIs, and set clear priorities so you can can make confident decisions without second-guessing.
This work requires a willingness to change course and stop doing work that isn’t having real impact. I work best with capable teams who want clarity, not execution.
How I work with teams varies based on the current realities of your business and marketing.
I offer:
-
Marketing Assessment & Strategy Creation
-
Ongoing Marketing Advisory
-
Embedded Leadership
If you’re looking for clarity in your marketing and a more focused path forward, start by sharing a bit about your business and marketing here.
I review each submission and will follow up if it looks like working together could be a strong fit.
What Makes My Approach Different
What makes me different from other fractional CMOs is not the ideas or tactics I bring. It’s pattern recognition, interpreting data for real decisions, disciplined prioritization, and comfort saying, “this matters, that does not.”
I've spent 15+ years in marketing, including leadership roles managing multi-million dollar ad budgets and leading teams through $3M to $15M revenue growth stages. I've seen what happens when teams confuse activity with progress, when "we need better attribution" becomes a reason to delay decisions, and when everyone's hitting their channel goals but the business isn't growing.
I bring judgment from making these decisions with real budgets on the line.
Is This A Fit For You?
This is likely a fit if:
-
You have a team in place to execute
-
You're already investing in marketing
-
You need marketing leadership without the cost of a full time hire
-
Your challenge is decision making ability, not lack of effort
-
You are open to changing priorities and direction
This is not a fit if:
-
You are an early-stage or pre-revenue
-
You need hands-on execution
-
You want ideas without operational change
